Summary:
Complete assembly of automotive seating unitsDevelop proficiency in all production job functions and rotate in job cell into various workstationsControl processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been correctedMaintain good housekeeping, safety, meet quality and efficiency standardsRestock work areas as needed to ensure proper workflowMonitor production material quantities and report shortagesAbility to lift and/or carry 35 lbs. repeatedly Complete, assembly of quality seating unitsWalk, stand, reach, lift, bend, pull, push to move product through build processUse of hand-held pneumatic toolsOperation of assembly fixturesHousekeeping in and around work areasProblem solving of workplace issuesQuality inspections of work in progressWork as part of a team to ensure on-time quality product to our customers (internal and external)Incorporate safe working procedures into all daily activities in and around facilityUnderstand and follow written and verbal instructionsComply with company rules, policies, and practicesUnderstand Statistical Process Control and maintain charting as requiredAuthority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appearAbide by all HSE&E requirementsOther tasks as assigned by supervisor or any other member of managementReporting Relationship: Reports to the Production Supervisor
Education Required: High School education or equivalent
Experience Required:
Possess good communication and analytical skillsPossess a consistent employment record that includes good attendancePrevious manufacturing experience preferredPRIMARY LOCATION
