The St. James FC Virginia (TSJFCV) is looking for a U13-U19 Boys Director to join our Technical Staff for the 2024-2025 Travel Season.  This position will include coaching 2 teams in addition to managing all aspects of the day to day programming for the U13-U19 Boys teams.

This position will include managing all coaches in the U13-U19 age group, overseeing and managing the implementation of the club curriculum, playing philosophy and game model through the execution of of the teams seasonal development plans.  The U13-U19 Boys Director will also be responsible for the overseeing the management of each team, preparing and executing team budgets and working with the club administrator on roster management.  

This position will report directly to the Boys Director of Coaching and Technical Director

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorships are not available for this position).

Candidates should possess a minimum of a USSF C License (or equivalent) though a USSF B License (or current candidate) or UEFA B License is preferred.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership/ coaching role in the U13-U19 age group.
