THE JOB:

As a Ticket Representative at Mandalay Bay Arena, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.  

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Perform ticket verification prior to entry into exhibit and events  

Sell tickets to current or future arena events  

Answer guest questions, and provide detailed information regarding property facilities and services  

Utilize and balance a cash drawer  

Operate numerous computer and ticketing systems with accuracy  

Other job-related duties as requested
