As a Transaction Manager Senior in Retail Real Estate, you are responsible for the market strategy and execution of all facets of Real Estate development including identifying, prioritizing and optimizing real estate for the branch and ATM network.
You have the ability to understand and communicate wide-ranging initiative impacts, synthesize complex strategies into simplified messages for partners and management with the ability to translate the analysis & recommendations effectively through visual written and oral communication. Self-driven with an ability to work field based with little supervision. Ability to establish relationships with all Partners, operations, real estate developers & brokers.

Strategic thinker including ability to understand financial modeling, IRR and PTNI economics. Must be detail oriented, analytical, with problem solving, complex tasks in a fast paced environment. Exceptional time management skills, strong organization and prioritization required. BS/BA - Finance/Real Estate/Marketing/Accounting with strong financial and business management background required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Adobe, SharePoint, ArcGIS, and Tableau.Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
