Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead and manage multiple transit projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to establish project goals, deliverables, and milestones. Manage, develop, and train more junior staff. Proactively manage project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and design transit infrastructure projects, including transit corridors, stations, and associated facilities. This role will require a high degree of multi-disciplinary coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical.

Qualifications BS or MS degree in the field of EngineeringPE license in state of OH6+ years of transit-focused engineering experienceHigh level of proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience communicating and working with clientsExperience training and developing others a plusExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and detail-orientationAbility to balance priorities among multiple projects
