Triage Nurse Job Description

Under the supervision of the nursing supervisor the Triage Nurse will perform nursing assessments for potential and admitted clients; monitor and documents the health status throughout stay; administer medications and medical treatment as ordered; provide education and referrals; maintain sensitive and confidential information.

Triage Nurse Job Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with an active, unencumbered license in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.Minimum of one-year experience in medical nursing.  AOD and or Psychiatric Nursing experience required.1 full time day shift, 1 part time day shift, and 1 part time night shift available!
