You'll put your customers first with every project you work on, informed by quantitative and qualitative data.

 Job Responsibilities  

Work alongside a diverse team of talented and intelligent developers, building a modern, customer-centric e-commerce platform.  Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma and other prototyping toolsEnsure consistency with brand guidelines and contribute to Sweetwater's internal design system.Participate in usability studies.Leverage analytics data to discover customer struggles and drive UX problem resolution.Ideate, create, and deploy A/B tests.Analyze and understand existing user flows to improve site usability.Troubleshoot and debug existing issuesDevelop websites and solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Participate in code reviews and stand-ups.

  

Qualifications

An eye for design and a portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of data-driven UXExcellent ability to prioritize project requests and meet tight deadlinesExperience designing for accessibility Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.) as well as Adobe creative suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)Expertise in developing with popular web technologies such as HTML5, Sass, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript is a plusCompetency with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React is a plusExperience with an A/B testing platform is a plusThe mentality of a team player  Excellent collaboration skills  A passion for learning new technologies and tools  A drive to grow personally and professionally  3+ years of professional UX experience
