Join the JETS team as we help NASA Johnson Space Center with its digital transformation. You'll be part of the team developing the 21st Century Digital Engineering and Product Life Cycle Management system based on PTC's Creo & Windchill product lines (JSC Design Information Infrastructure - known as JEDII). You will be joining our team with JETS II Teammate Company, Nexus Solutions.\n

As a Windchill Administrator\/Developer, you will:\n\n\u200bWork with the NASA\/JETS team of engineering users and Windchill developers to:\nWork closely with the engineering system engineer to ensure that the JEDII Systems supports all engineering data products as they are developed and integrated and will support a full lifecycle solution both at JSC and in future efforts with other centers\nDefine\/develop customizations to the Windchill product line\nArchitect solutions to user needs as well as to overall system implementation (e.g., user controls, information security)\nImplement, integrate, and deploy an enterprise management system with emphasis on engineering data information infrastructure that consists of design models and all associated engineering documentation\nDevelop and update governing software requirements documents for the JEDII (Windchill) system\nPerform application server maintenance\n\n

This will include:\n\nCommunicating and working with users and user groups on the true functionality needed as part of the customization\/implementation team\nWorking with various engineering representatives on defining their specific areas\nAssisting in the planning and completion of deployment activities\nDeploying Windchill software updates and upgrades\nPerforming other duties as required\n\nQualifications\n

License and certification may be required.\nDemonstrated expertise with Windchill development, customization, and\/or administration\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nStrong analytical skills\nUse of Agile software development principles\nKnowledge of enterprise systems in the Cloud\nKnowledge of installation and configuration of Cloud based servers and services\nExperience with:\n\nDigital engineering \/ PLM system requirements definition\nArchitecture, customization, implementation, and deployment for large software systems\nWindows system administration\nDatabase systems (SQL Server)\nUser requirements definition\nNetworking concepts\nDocument management systems\nProcess analysis and re-engineering\nInstallation and configuration of servers\nFull text search engines\nDeployment using load files for files and code\n\n\n\n
