Description
STV is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Workday Manager to help usher our growth in the Workday environment. The position will be located in any of our major US offices. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of Workday implementation and programming experience.
As a Workday Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system within our organization. Your expertise in Workday functionalities and best practices will be crucial in driving successful HRIS initiatives and promoting seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Implementation and Configuration: Customize and configure Workday based on business requirements, ensuring efficient and effective workflows. Team Leadership and Management: Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging professional growth and development. Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs for team members. Workday Administration and Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and administration of the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Monitor system updates and releases, assessing their impact on current configurations and processes. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions and escalating critical matters as needed. Business Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize HR and business processes within Workday to improve operational efficiency and enhance the user experience. Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. System Enhancements and Upgrades: Lead efforts to evaluate new Workday features and functionalities, recommending appropriate upgrades to leverage the latest capabilities. Plan and coordinate system enhancements, including testing, documentation, and communication to end-users. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Workday reporting and analytics tools to generate insights and provide stakeholders with actionable data for decision-making. Design and deliver regular HR metrics and dashboards to key stakeholders.Qualifications:
10-15 years’ experience leading a project implementation and programming of Workday.Strong project management skills including:Timeline and budget management.Partner management.Risk mitigation.Managing/coaching consultants and team members.Experience leading and participating in technical and cross-functional projects.Experience and proficiency with MS Project.Experience and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Experience managing large-scale ERP implementation projects. On premises, cloud, or hybrid-cloud.Experience with PeopleSoft is highly preferred.Experience in Human Resources is preferred.STV is committed to paying all its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
