Telehealth Psychologist position Location : Raleigh, NC (60 days on-site, then fully remote) Start Date : January 1, 2025 About the Role : Join the team as a Psychological Consultant. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in psychology to make medical determinations on disability claims for the Social Security Administration and state Medicaid office. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely after an initial 60-day on-site training period. Key Responsibilities : + Review claimant records and determine the severity of impairments and residual functional capacity. + Provide medical consultation and training to DDS Disability Analysts. + Engage in an electronic environment using a computer for case reviews. + Collaborate with a team of up to 19 staff members in one of thirty-two DDS case processing units. Qualifications : + Certifications : BLS + Licensure : Must be licensed in NC + Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field Schedule : + Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 6am and 9:30am. + No on-call or callback duties.
