Role Title: Senior MuleSoft Developer

Location:  US Remote 

 

Overview:
We are seeking a MuleSoft to API Tool Migration Specialist to assist in transitioning from MuleSoft’s Enterprise Cloud Hub 1.0 to a new API management solution.

 

The role involves evaluating API tools, developing a tailored Point of View (POV), and ensuring a smooth migration while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Evaluation & POV Development: Analyze API needs and evaluate alternative tools (WSO2, Axway, WorkAto) to recommend the best solution, focusing on cost, scalability, and integration with existing systems. Cost Optimization: Explore cost reduction strategies, particularly addressing high pricing with MuleSoft. POC Support: Oversee POCs and collaborate with vendors to assess tool suitability and guide decision-making. Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal SMEs to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Post-Migration Support: Ensure a smooth transition to the new API tool, providing ongoing optimization and support.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in API management, with expertise in MuleSoft, WSO2, Axway, and WorkAto. Strong knowledge of iPaaS solutions and integration architecture. Proven ability in cost analysis, vendor negotiations, and POV development. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skill

 

Must Haves:

Mulesoft, AWS, API Gateway,  Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, etc.) are highly preferred. Automation and DevOps tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CI/CD pipelines.

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $90,000 - $100,000.
