[Innovative Medicine] Medical Compliance Manager, Medical Transformation & Strategy, Medical Affairs
To continue the drive for quality of all medical activities by increasing compliance with relevant Global and regional quality standard through continuous development, review, training and quality check of the local procedures in Japan Medical Affairs.To lead in enhancing compliance of the Medical Affairs Activities, by leading and facilitating the endorsement, training and monitoring process of procedure documents related to Medical Affairs compliance, especially the Scientific Engagement activities.To support director for oversight of quality compliance activities in Medical Affairs.To continue the drive for quality of all medical activities by increasing compliance with relevant Global and regional quality standard through continuous development, review, training and quality check of the local procedures in Japan Medical Affairs.To lead in enhancing compliance of the Medical Affairs Activities, by leading and facilitating the endorsement, training and monitoring process of procedure documents related to Medical Affairs compliance, especially the Scientific Engagement activities.To support director for oversight of quality compliance activities in Medical Affairs.

EDUCATION

RELATED EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor degree or above.At least 5 years’ working experience in pharmaceutical company.Rich experience on medical affair, SOP and quality management (audit and CAPA) are preferred.Familiarity with various laws and regulations relevant to pharmaceutical industries preferredExperience and thorough understanding of marketing and strategy planning is preferred.Good experience in communicating with Asia Pacific and/or Global stakeholders is a plus.
