・事業所内製造・サービス関連設備を俯瞰的に押さえ、保守点検・更新・改善等の計画（予算化含）の立案
・事業所内製造・サービス関連設備の保守点検・修理・更新の実施及び管理
・新しい設備類の新規導入のリード
・プロジェクト管理（予算管理含）
・WWのプラクティスの導入・実行
・組織のパフォーマンスマネジメントおよびメンバー育成計画の立案・実行
・監査対応（行政、WWチーム、ISO等）
・業務関連協力会社及びそれらの業務の管理
