[Responsibilities]
Strategic Planning Market Analysis
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for JJ MedTech Korea, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Track cross-functional project progress to execute key strategic initiatives and report on key milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and provide insights to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
Business Development
- Perform business development opportunity screening and analysis for the Korean market, supporting franchise engagement to plan and execute regional/global deals.
- Lead BD deal execution, including due diligence efforts and negotiation of deal terms.
- Support efforts to position JJ MedTech Korea as a preferred partner within the Korean innovation ecosystem by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage internal programs to strengthen innovation capabilities across the company and disseminate key knowledge related to innovation.
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Proactive, positive, and innovative mindset.
- 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth information flow across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic business acumen, including cross-functional leadership, organizational dynamics, influencing skills, and innovation.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while adapting to competing or changing priorities.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
