[Vision Care] Associate Manager, Strategy & Marketing, Digital Strategy & Vision Experience, Commerce

General Summary / 職務概要
This position serves as a member of Direct to Patient/Consumer digital transformation to drive ACUVUE® users’ retention and New to ACUVUE® user acquisition as part of critical business model innovation (PF=Post Fugaku).
This position will be responsible for operating online connected commerce with 2nd or 3rd party data utilization to drive digital marketing productivity and investment efficiency with clear KGI/ KPI setting and strategic executional optimization through PDCA.
Accountable business size is, 60% of the online ACUVUE® users via 2nd party data alliance mainly from major EC malls that will largely contribute to expand our user coverage about 40% along with Direct to patient/ professional engagement and the loyalty program (currently My ACUVUE® Plus, need to grow 4x in 3 years under PF with 310K Patients)

As a member of Digital Strategy Vision Experience (DSVE), delivers Japan Vision Care’s mission of becoming THE leader and expand penetration of ACUVUE® digital experience among existing users and potential wearers.Operate online connected commerce with 2nd or 3rd party data management and utilization through 2nd / 3rd party platform (Yahoo, Rakuten, amazon and others) under PF policy for both short term NTS contribution as well as mid/ long term brand value or LTV contribution.Utilize 2nd / 3rd party data across patient/ consumer P2P to deliver E2E digital experience and to boost our ACUVUE® user data coverageUtilize patient/ consumer behavior/ purchase data to understand their needs wants, insight in a data-driven way and optimizes required messages/ contents, and digital approaches with agility Proactive collaboration is required to closely partner with another DSVE teams like “Engagement” and “Loyalty” to provide E2E digital experience from patient/ consumer centric standpoint.Strong partnership and leadership is required to closely collaborate with Brand Marketing, SAM SFE , Business intelligence, IT/ Technology and other required stakeholders.Work with required digital agencies and external partners to maximize or optimize their professional capability/ skill for effective/ efficient external resource management.

Required Experience/Knowledge

3 years relevant digital marketing, paid media management, E-commerce or connected commerce at major malls, 2nd/ 3rd party data management/ utilization and B2C digital businesses.Understanding of digital ecosystem/ EC solution with certain career background at BtoC/ FMCG industries, digital/ media agency, EC malls

Skills Competencies

Experience or Knowledge of E-commerce/ connected commerce at major malls, 2nd 3rd party data management/ utilization, digital analytic tool, digital marketing and technology architecture/ implementationUnderstanding of the digital UI UX optimization from user/ consumer standpoint to optimize patient/ consumer perception, behavior, purchase and loyaltyStrong responsibility and accountability to lead and to deliver expected deliverables or results based on clear understanding of company vision and assigned projects’ goal objective while engaging team members and cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent performance in objective-led and data-driven decision makingFlexible with changes and willing to learn adapt new things / new ways of workingAbility to manage multiple tasks, media performance PDCA, budgets and resources with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
