Consumer Insights: bringing the consumer perspective into decision-making. Search for consumer-driven opportunities (portfolio/brand architecture; Brand Strategy & Brand Health; Brand Communication). Research programs development to address business needs. Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects. Support of ongoing brand-health tracking Shopper Insights: Shopper trends & shopper behavior investigation to fuel PEP relationships with key customers with strong insights for efficient cooperation Customer analytic Ad-hoc shopper studies realization ‘Category visions’ development to drive categories & PEP growth via a deep understanding of segments prospectives. Qualifications 2+ years’ experience within a similar role / consumer insights / market research Experience in managing qualitative and quantitative research. Proven ability to synthesize research and analytics into clear insights, and to deliver actionable recommendations. Strong presentation & visualization skills: skilled presentation creator to convey insights supported by data. Strong interpersonal skills; a collaborator and team-player. Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus in managing details. Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Think Cell English: Upper intermediate + (writing comments; presentation in English)
