As a Duty Manager, you will work closely with Guests to greet, converse, and assist with enquiries, especially when VIP Guests, long-stay Guests, and others are in the hotel lobby. A Duty Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Occupy the hotel lobby and other public areas, particularly at busy times

ホテルのロビーやその他のエリアにおいて、特に忙しい時間帯にゲスト対応します

\n\nEngage Guests in conversation and provide general assistance\nロビーやフロントにおいて通常のゲスト対応\nManage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints\n苦情に迅速対応し、解決、記録を残す\nMeet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival\nVIPや大手企業のゲストのお出迎え\nCoordinate the services and special facilities provided to long-stay Guests\n長期滞在ゲストに対して特別な手配をアレンジする\nUnderstand all credit procedures and ensure they are applied\nクレジットポリシーを理解し、ただしく運用されているか監督する\nStay current with all hotel products, services, policies and emergency procedures\nホテルの商品、ポリシー、緊急時の手順などを常に更新する\nMonitor Guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results\n顧客満足レポートをモニターし必要な改善案の策定を行う\nHandle, record and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise\n問題や緊急事態が発生した際に、対応、記録、適切なフォローアップを行う\nConduct any Health and Safety procedures, if required, including fire walks, food safety investigations, etc.\n安全や健康に関する手順を遵守し、必要に応じて消防設備や食物の安全に関する調査なども行う\n

Qualification

\n\nFull shift availability全シフトに勤務可能な方\nNative Japanese speaker or equivalent level of Japanese language \n日本語を母国語または同程度の日本語能力を有する方\nBusiness level of English speaking and writing\nビジネスレベルの英会話と英作文能力を有する方\nMinimum 3 years or more working experience in rooms division in hotel \nホテルの宿泊部での勤務経験が最低3年以上ある方\n
