【職務内容】

オフィスリーシング

・テナント代理人または貸主代理人としてクライアントにサービスを提供する。
・効率的かつ専門的な方法でリース取引を最初から最後までリードし、完了させる。
・新たなビジネスチャンスを発掘・特定し、チームに収益イニシアチブをもたらす。
・既存顧客との関係を発展させ、新規顧客の獲得を支援することで、ビジネスチャンスを創出する。
・クライアントの活動やクライアントにとって重要な事項に関して、ラインマネジャーに定期的に報告する。
・書面による詳細の提出や物件の実地調査の手配を含む問い合わせへの対応。
・マーケットを最大限にカバーする。
・クライアントにとって有益なタスクやプロジェクトがタイムリーかつ効率的に完了するようにする。
・その他、指示された業務を遂行する。
・日本語ネイティブレベル必須

チームの指導と育成

・商業用不動産のマーケティングおよびリーシングに関連する活動において、若手チームメンバーの監督を行う。
・ピープルマネージャーとして、またチームリーダーとして、チームメンバーを指導・サポートし、リーダーとして挑戦させ、成長させる。
・チームメンバーの潜在能力を引き出し、高いエンゲージメントを維持するための育成機会を特定する。
・チームとビジネスを成功に導く直属の部下の成功をサポートする責任を負う。

企業文化の推進

・JLLの企業文化と従業員経験を強化し、チームメンバー間の従業員エンゲージメント・イニシアチブを推進する。
・主要クライアントや案件について、ローカルチームや地理的ハブを横断し、事業全体のクライアント・エンゲージメントを確保するための模範となること。

【応募資格】

・上海勤務可能な方（上海への転居）

・フォーチュン500に名を連ねる多国籍企業との顧客関係・ネットワークをお持ちの方。

・顧客と地域レベルで大規模なリース取引を完了させた実績を証明できる方。

・オフィス・商業施設の賃貸取引経験2年以上の実務経験

・語学力：日本語ーネイティブレベル必須

　　　　　英語ービジネスレベル以上必須

　　　　　中国語ー日常会話以上あれば尚良

・エネルギーに満ち溢れ、即戦力となれる方。

・チームプレイヤー
