職務概要:
Cisco Japanにおいて、パートナー向けトレーニングの運営を担当する方を募集します。このポジションでは、トレーニングをスムーズに実施するための計画、調整、コミュニケーションを行い、多様なプロジェクトやステークホルダーと連携します。

主な業務内容:

トレーニング会場の手配、受付対応、オンライン環境の設定、技術サポートの提供 参加者の登録管理、出席状況の把握、トレーニング後のフィードバック収集 パートナーからの問い合わせ対応およびリクエスト管理 内部関係者との連携、調整 Salesforce PEPEイベント管理ツールを活用し、イベントの作成とトラブルシューティングを実施。必要に応じて問題をエスカレーションし、迅速な解決をサポート

必要条件:

1~2年の関連業務経験(未経験者も応募可) 日本語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル 英語を学びたい、または活用したい意欲 新しいことを学び、成長する意欲 積極的なコミュニケーション能力
