As Facilities Coordinator, will be responsible for office services for 24 sites, including the communication with BM, utility management, cleaning management and administration services (Fleet and Housing services, etc)
Duties & responsibilities
Site Operations services for 24 sites
Coordinate maintenance activities to be completed as planned In emergency case, communicate with the related vendors or BMs to resolve the issue with team memberSupport the small project and capital projectManaging cleaning activities through the communication with the related vendorsHandle the request of waste management with the related vendorsSupport the space management and those documentationsArrange the amenity goods and general office suppliesSupport the reporting on energy managementHandle the request of housing and fleet servicesSupport other administrative workManaging Work order to meet KPI’s requirementAssist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Vendor Management
Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works) Coordinate cleaning vendor to meet KPI’s requirementCandidate Specification
Knowledge And Skills Required
Experience of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Business level of English and Japanese
Competency
