Below is scope of service for Hard Service Supervisor
Managing ticket requests of Archibus.Conducting PPM and reactive maintenance of scientific equipment and utilities in client building.Data tracking and create action plan for service improvement, efficiency.Supervising maintenance & construction work.Project Manager duties for onsite small project.Stay Project related duties Only maintenance related issues.Facilities management in office, office inspections, etc.Other overall facilities duties.担当業務詳細
アーキバスシステムからのチケットリクエスト対応。ビルのユーティリティとラボ内の科学機器の計画的予防保全と事後保全メール対応(受領、連絡、引渡し)案内送付&各種ベンダー管理、対応(ベンダー入館証貸出、エスコート、納品確認、納品書の受領)データトラッキングとサービス改善、効率化のためのアクションプラン作成メンテナンスや修理の作業立会オフィス内の小規模プロジェクトのPM 業務ステイプロジェクトのメンテナンス関連でのサポートビル管理対応(業者の作業届の転送、管球切れ、空調調整、清掃依頼をビル防災センターへ連絡)オフィス内の設備管理、オフィスインスペクションなどその他、ファシリティ業務全般Key Skills

Over 3 years’ experience in Hard Service Facilities managementOA Skills Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Other tools (Teams, Zoom, etc)Business level English (There are non-Japanese Employees in the office so daily communication by both verbal & written English is required)Track numbers accurately, perform task by monthly cut-off date.
