この職務は旭・デュポン フラッシュスパン プロダクツ株式会社(DAFS)に出向の上、主に日本国内におけるタイベック®個人用保護具の営業販売・新規用途開発に携わります。DPPはデュポン®タイベックの各事業の中でも戦略的に最も重要なセグメントで有り、DAFS内では防護資材部長の直属となり、デュポン™タイベック®アジアパシフィックのDPPチーム、及びDAFS内においては他の事業セグメントとも連携協力して業務を進めることがもとめられます。

ROLE DEFINITION

This position is responsible for sales and new application development for global top brand DuPont Tyvek® Personal Protective Equipment. Tyvek® PPE helps people working for saving our lives and enrich our living. The application of Tyvek® PPE includes such places as hospital, pharmaceutical, regenerative medicine, nuclear power plant, automotive, semiconductor, chemical, iron mill, removing asbestos, incineration plant for dioxin management, infectious disease control at livestock, fire department, law enforcement, and Self Defense Force.
INTRODUCTION
DuPont Personal Protection is seeking an Sales and Marketing representative for Tyvek® PPE to address growing Japan market in the current unprecedented time of challenge on our society. He/She will be on loan to DuPont-Asahi Flush Spun Products, Co., Ltd. (DAFS) and primarily responsible for sales and application development for Tyvek® PPE in Japan. This position is for a reinforcement of DAFS DPP sales team for contributing to one of the highest priority segments in DuPont Tyvek® business strategy through partnering with the customers. He/She will report to DAFS Protection Segment Leader and closely working with DuPont Tyvek® Asia Pacific team and other DAFS businesses / functions too.
DAFS is a 50/50 joint venture of DuPont and Asahi Kasei established in 1995. Its business includes sales, fabrication, new application development and technical service for DuPont Tyvek®, Typar®, and other non-woven materials.
ROLE DEFINITION
Primary role of DAFS Protection-DPP Sales and Marketing representative is to develop and implement account strategy receiving guidance from DAFS Protection Segment Leader. It will include sales channel and demand management, pricing, product promotion visiting potential customers to introduce Tyvek® PPE.
This role also provides opportunities of job tasks in DuPont Tyvek® Asia Pacific regional and global, as well as other job assignments in DAFS and DuPont in Japan in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION
DAFS Protection – DPP (DuPont Personal Protection) Sales&Marketing Representative is responsible for:
Account strategy implemented on the customers he/she is responsible
Sales arrangements in place for necessary goods supplied to customers
Valid demand forecast for the accounts he/she is responsible
Customers know how to use Tyvek® PPE appropriately
New customer / application pipeline in place for sustainable business operation
Continuous improvement on customer experience with Tyvek® PPE
Contribution to form collaborative workplace DAFS internally and externally with business partners
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A successful candidate must have:
