主要职责
制定和实施肿瘤事业部业务模式的数字化和多渠道营销转型策略及计划，并确保有效执行和落地。推动业务模式创新，与跨部门及外部伙伴协作，发展和实施数字化及多渠道营销解决方案和平台，以支持业务发展。负责业务运营效率及分析洞察，提出优化方案，并与跨部门协作组织实施。负责组织发展和运营效率提升，协调敏捷项目的实施。与跨部门协作构建和推动业务单元的人才发展体系及发展项目，并组织实施。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，市场营销或医药相关领域的专业背景优先。具备10年以上相关工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验，具有数字化转型或多渠道营销经验者、或组织运营经验者优先。出色的跨部门沟通和协作能力，具备Matrix领导力和影响力。优秀的项目管理能力，能够有效协调跨部门跨团队卓越执行。具备较强的商业敏锐度和商业洞察分析能力。优秀的英语沟通能力，能够进行流利的口头和书面交流。积极主动，敬业担责，较强的学习能力。符合公司文化要求。
