Job DescriptionProduct strategy setup and implementation - global product and  localization strategy engagement, lead local product strategy incubation and implementation.                Full responsibility for internal and JV customers business, P&L  in China and SEAN - front end sales, products and customization service delivery, operation & service.Drive all local innovations with customer needs and market insights, lead local for global strategy via contribution his rich domain expertise in I4.0 and team's effort.                Deeply engage into external business strategy as product owner, support diverse business model including consulting, technical dales, system integration and implementation, and government platform setup.Deeply engage into BCI Process landscape, responsible for regional related process implementation and optimization.                                Lead complete business value stream/business team including internal sales, proposal, product, implementation and service, team leader and key talents development to ensure sustainable growth.        

QualificationsManufacturing or intralogistics operation experience in discrete manufacturing industry;Digitalization and I4.0 related experience - strategy & roadmap design and implementation, proposal and realization management, other I4.0 related technology experience or knowledge (AGV/Data Analysis/LLM etc., basic IT know-how such as ITM/Network/Infrastructure/Cloud)Software development and management knowledge, and DevOps/CICD know-how;MES related domain know-how;Leadership in multifunctional groups;Cross-culture working mindset and experience.
