Job Title: Warehousing and Logistics Manager
Job Description:
Responsible for HC China warehousing and logistics management, assisting in the formulation and implementation of warehousing and logistics strategies to ensure operational efficiency and service quality. Directly and indirectly impact the global supply chain organization by enhancing overall operational performance through transportation and warehousing efficiency. Create a culture of continuous improvement across the global network, conducting benchmarking analysis of logistics costs and performance, and sharing best practices. Work closely with the procurement department to ensure robust market assessments and leverage significant purchasing advantages from these activities. Respond to commercial strategies by designing the optimal supply base to meet the needs of patients and customers in supply and logistics operations.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze logistics and warehousing data, providing improvement recommendations to reduce logistics costs and enhance efficiency.
Responsible for team building and management, fostering and developing the professional skills of team members.
Establish safety management standards to ensure warehouse operations comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Key interfaces with group functions: Maintain close communication with Quality Assurance (QA), Controlling (cost reporting/projects), Accounting and tax (network design, transfer pricing, and tax issues), Legal (supplier contracts), Information Technology, and Procurement.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Over 7 years of experience in third-party warehousing and self-operated warehousing and logistics management, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Project management experience is required
Familiarity with GSP regulations and related requirements; experience in pharmaceutical warehousing management is preferred.
Proficient in using SAP.
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively solve problems
