Lead and steer the value stream team related to Segment team
Allocate resources according to business needs
Define business cases per value streams business requirements (PuT, local requirements, Customer requirement)
Drive and coach continuous improvement of the value stream based on system CIP approach on SQCD, define focus topics
Set priorities in daily management and Improvement activities
Align targets with expertise team
Active contribute on definition of expertise team competences
Drive BPS maturity improvement per business case needed
Perform bench marks cross plants & competitors, to gain VSM product cost & quality advantages
Lead & support “lead plant” to conduct process bench mark for improvement & competence building up
Qualifications
Requirement
Managerial:
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and actions
Deriving sustainable decisions based on cross-functional knowledge and experience
Basic business management knowledge (marketing, sales, controlling)
Capability to seek & give feedback
Coaching to enhance skills of team
Technical:
Solid know-how of BPS (Bosch Production System)
Project management skills
Digitalization skills sets Voz. MES, Analytics etc
Basic product knowledge
