Job DescriptionModeling and Simulation AnalysisBe responsible for establishing geometric and finite element models of mechanical structures based on product design requirements using professional simulation software (such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, Altair, etc.), ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the models.Conduct static structural analysis to calculate parameters such as stress, strain, and displacement of the structure under different load conditions, and evaluate whether the structure's strength and stiffness meet the design requirements.Carry out dynamic structural simulation, including modal analysis, harmonic response analysis, transient dynamic analysis, etc., to analyze the vibration characteristics and fatigue life of the structure under dynamic loads, providing a basis for the optimization of the product's dynamic performance.Implement thermal simulation to model the temperature distribution and thermal stress of the structure under thermal loads, ensuring the stability of the structure in thermal environments.Multiphysics Coupled SimulationFor complex mechanical systems, conduct multiphysics coupled simulation, such as thermo-mechanical coupling and fluid-solid coupling, to comprehensively consider the impact of multiple physical factors on structural performance and provide a comprehensive analysis for the overall performance evaluation and optimization of the product.Collaborate with engineers from related disciplines, such as fluid mechanics and thermodynamics engineers, to jointly solve multiphysics coupled problems, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the simulation analysis.Optimization Design and ImprovementBased on the simulation analysis results, use optimization algorithms (such as parametric optimization, topology optimization, etc.) to optimize the mechanical structure, improving structural performance indicators, such as reducing weight, increasing strength, and lowering stress concentration, while meeting product constraints such as size and cost.Work closely with mechanical design engineers to feed the optimization results back into product design, guiding design improvements, shortening the product development cycle, and reducing R&D costs.Test Verification and Data AnalysisAssist in formulating test plans for mechanical structures, including loading methods and measurement parameters, to ensure that test results accurately reflect the actual performance of the structure.Analyze and process test data, compare it with simulation results, and evaluate the accuracy of the simulation model. Adjust and improve the simulation model according to the comparison results to enhance the reliability of simulation predictions.Technical Documentation and ReportingWrite detailed simulation analysis reports, including model establishment, analysis process, result interpretation, optimization suggestions, etc., providing strong technical support for product design and R&D decision-making.Regularly report progress and results of simulation work to the project team and senior management, answer technical questions, and promote technical communication and cooperation within the team.

QualificationsMaster Degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related fields.3 years or more years of experience in mechanical structure simulation analysis, with project experience in related industries (such as automotive, aerospace, mechanical manufacturing, etc.) preferred.Proficient in at least one mainstream mechanical structure simulation software, such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, Altair, etc., with rich experience in operations such as modeling, meshing, material property setting, load application, and solution setup.Familiar with mechanical structure design principles and methods, and understand the performance characteristics of commonly used mechanical materials, enabling reasonable selection of materials and structural forms according to design requirementsFamiliarity with CAD design software Creo and CAE tools for simulation analysis.Master the basic principles and methods of finite element analysis, including statics, dynamics, thermodynamics, etc., and have the ability to solve complex structural problems.Be familiar with optimization algorithms and tools, and be able to use parametric optimization, topology optimization, and other methods to optimize mechanical structures.Good understanding of the eAxle, E-motor, gear shafting system and the relative components.Have a strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, and be able to quickly master new technologies and methods to meet various complex technical challenges.
