作为三十三俱乐部的会籍招募专员,您的主要职责是在支持协助直属经理的定制业务计划和策略的同时,通过开拓挖掘高净值客户精准群体渠道,最高效率的成功转化,共同达成部门销售业绩指标。对高净值精准客户群体消费习性有较深了解, 确保与之进行有效沟通以及对于会员甚至潜在会员的需求能做到及时回馈。始终与三十三俱乐部相关部门保持紧密的团队合作,确保客户始终有着最极致的迪士尼体验。
工作内容:
协助直属经理制定业务计划和策略,执行三十三俱乐部项目和上海迪士尼度假区的特殊客户维护及开发,实现预期的业务结果和销售目标;开放、灵活地与运营团队紧密合作,执行工作计划,推动销售业务;从消费者洞察和市场调研中收集相关信息,设计与市场相关、符合迪士尼核心价值的会员方案;加深对高净值客户的拓展,并与目标群体开展有效沟通;带领且安排三十三俱乐部的会员体验之旅,协助新会员的入会等流程;创建会员档案以供备查;确保及时回应会员的需求,并记录新会员和潜在会员对现有会籍以及福利等意见与反馈;与三十三俱乐部销售团队成员和其他团队合作,以经过验证的效率和生产力与总体业务目标保持一致;协助三十三俱乐部经理处理相关的日常操作;应对及处理高度敏感和顶级尊贵的客户。我们希望您:
具备至少五年的相关工作经验;具备大学本科及以上学历;具备优秀的英语听说读写能力;具备计算机知识(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, 擅长Opera & Delphi系统优先);在管理大型团队中有很强的领导能力;与内部团队及外部客户有很强的沟通和谈判技巧;灵活应变,有战略性的思维,以结果为导向;能够自我激励并完成任务,实现销售目标;有文化敏感度;注重细节;对中国的高净值客户精通。Job Summary:
You will assist the line manager in developing and executing the business plan by exploiting relevant channels to efficiently successfully convert to achieve the sales target. Obtain an understanding of HNWI management and develop effective communication with the target group and timely response to member’s concerns and records new and prospective members’ reactions to facilities and programs for program refinement. Work with relevant teams with club33 to ensure the world-class Disney experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing the business plan for the Club 33 membership program to achieve Club 33 sales goals and implement high levels of quality and service; Open and flexible to work closely with Club 33 ops team to execute the work plan and to drive sales;Collect related information from consumer insights and marketing research; Design product offerings are relevant to the market and based on Disney's core values;Obtain a profound understanding of HNWI management and develop effective communication with the target group;Lead and plan the Club 33 sales tours; support the new member acquisition, invitation, on-boarding process; create member profiles for committee review; overview meetings and/or conference calls with potential members;Ensure timely response to member’s concerns and records new and prospective members’ reactions to facilities and programs for program refinement;Work with members of the Club 33 sales team and other Shanghai Disney Resort teams to align with the overall business goals with proven efficiency and productivity;Assist Club 33 Sales Manager in necessary daily operations;Handle highly sensitive and top-level VIP guests.Desired Qualifications:
5 years of working experience in the hospitality industry or relevant business;University degree preferred;Proficiency in written and spoken English;Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);Experience and cooperation with a sizeable team in a matrix organization;Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external clients;Proven ability to translate strategies to action in a tight time;Self-motivated to complete assignments and achieve sales goals;Culturally sensitive;Detailed oriented;Proficient knowledge of HNWI group in China.Job Posting Segment:
