Job DescriptionOverall Lead the brake caliper development.导制动卡钳的开发Create & release product specifications (drawings, material specifications, BOM and so on) including sliding pin system and pad sliding system.创建和释放产品技术标准，包括图纸，材料标准，物料清单等,包括滑动销系统和摩擦片滑动系统的设计Perform design reviews and follow up &close OPL.执行设计评审，跟踪并关闭开口问题Create and maintain D-FMEA.创建和维护DFMEACollaborate with suppliers, SE work and ensure the manufacturability at supplier side.供应商合作，同步开发，确保供应商端的制造可行性Collaborate with plant, SE work and ensure the manufacturability at Bosch plant side.与工厂合作，同步开发，确保工厂的制造可行性Problem solving on ball screw related topics: functionality, reliability, NVH etc.解决开发过程中的各种功能、可靠性，噪音问题Cooperation & regular exchange with Germany design platform.与德国平台协

QualificationsBachelor’s degree (8+ years) or master’s degree (5+ years) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related fields.机械或者汽车相关的学士（8年）或者硕士（5年）学位Have minimal 5 SOP caliper projects experience.至少有5个量产项目的开发经验。Have experience of designing the modular components in caliper, including sliding pin and pad sliding system有卡钳标准件的设计经验，包括滑动销系统和摩擦片滑动系统。Be able to understand simulation method, and optimize design based on simulation result.能理解仿真方法，并运用仿真结果优化设计。Be familiar with the key process of caliper components, such as die casting, machining, broaching & heat treatment.熟悉卡钳的关键零部件的关键工艺，比如说铸造，机加，拉刀，热处理等等Understand and able to apply the engineering method such as V model, DRBFM, DOE可以理解并运用产品开发的工具，比如说V 模型，DRBFM，设计实验等等Understand & able to apply reliability approach in the development.可以理解并在开发过程中运用可靠性的方法Good skills in English communication required.要求熟练的英语沟通
