岗位职责：

        1. 负责AI Infra前沿技术（异构计算、互连、存储和AI算法压缩量化）探索，计算架构设计和模拟

        2. 评估当前主流大模型在新型架构上的训练/推理性能比较和优化技术

岗位要求:

 

        1. 全日制硕士以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能等相关专业

        2. 熟练C++/Python语言、数据结构以及计算机系统结构，了解AI模型和优化技术，有良好的工程实现能力； 

        3. 具备基础的CPU和GPU架构，对CUDA 或 ROCm 有实操经验

        4. 熟悉常用的深度学习框架(PyTorch/TensorFlow/Paddle/DeepSpeed等) 和任务调度等技巧

 

加分项：

        1. 在AI或者计算机架构领域发表过高水平论文
