工作内容:

·       开发并执行宴会销售计划并高质量的达成目标

·       及时反馈信息及调整销售计划,以便达到和超越各项业务目标

·       洞察并收集企业活动的相关信息,设计符合市场需求及迪士尼核心价值的业务产品

·       与内部其他部门团队成员协同工作,用高效率和高产量的表现以执行每个业务新产品

·       遵循公司业务计划,及时开拓新客户以达到多元化的销售指标

·       充分学习和了解销售部门相关业务和产品,不仅限于宴会活动、乐园门票、酒店客房及餐饮等

Associate Manager, Catering Sales

Location: Pudong, Shanghai, China

 

Job Summary:

As an Associate Manager, Catering Sales, you will be able to effectively implement the work plan of the catering sales, and be able to achieve various business indicators related to catering activities, and at the same time replace catering events, park tickets, hotel rooms, food and beverage, etc.

This position is accountable for ensuring the attractiveness and integrity of catering programs with efficiency and multi-national understanding. This position is responsible for helping the sales team to execute existing and new programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute the sales plan for the catering sales team to achieve sales goals with quality service.

·       Adapt to and implement high levels of quality and service. Work closely with business partners to execute the work plan

·       Design product offerings relevant to the market and based on Disney's core values. Collect knowledge of the catering market from consumer insights and market research.

·       Work with internal teams to align with the overall business goals with proven efficiency and productivity.

·       Follow the company's business plan and open up new customers quickly to achieve diversified sales targets.

·       Fully learn and understand the business and products related, not limited to catering events, park tickets, hotel rooms, food and beverage, etc.

 

Desired Qualifications:

·       At least 8 years of relevant working experience

·       Cheerful and outgoing personality, positive.

·       Be thoughtful and focus on details.

·       Be self-motivated and self-challenged.

·       Have the ability to accept and respond to changes.

·       Strong pressure resistance, focused on achieving goals.

·       Be capable to make decisions within tight deadlines and have the ability to translate strategy into practical results.

·       Be capable and good at communicating with internal teams and external customers and have coordinated negotiation skills.

·       University degree preferred.

·       Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.

·       Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Delphi preferable)

·       Experience and cooperation with a sizeable team in a matrix organization.
