职位概述

该职位隶属上海迪士尼度假区公共事务部，将支持其企业社会责任与社区关系团队，协助度假区的社区关系、慈善事业和企业社会责任相关活动的总体战略开发与执行。

日常工作包括但不限于：策划并组织迪士尼志愿者活动、领导和管理迪士尼志愿者领导委员会、维护与非盈利性机构的合作关系、管理度假区慈善事业等。该职位也将负责所有和企业社会责任与社区关系相关的中英文内外部传讯内容准备。

主要职责

开发与支持上海迪士尼度假区企业社会责任的内外部各项目标、执行社区关系和企业社会责任策略、组织各项活动并负责活动的具体流程与开展等策划并积极推动企业社会责任关键项目执行领导和管理迪士尼志愿者领导委员会确保和管理所有迪士尼志愿者/社区活动与上海迪士尼度假区企业社会责任目标的一致性确保所有社区活动在预算范围之内与内部外部各利益相关方建立并维持良好关系在规定的时间内高效准确地完成所有工作任务与内部领导层紧密合作，协助开发企业社会责任战略具有领导和指导他人的能力，乐于团队合作

资格要求

在公司传讯部门或企业社会责任相关部门具有8-10年相关经验了解中国社会及上海的宏观发展状况及与其相关的政府政策能够实施战略目标并与项目团队合作落实各项慈善战略和计划了解国内外社区关系和企业社会责任的相关知识有创造性的思维方式，有能力领导项目并预计可能出现的问题具备优秀的与利益相关方沟通的技巧具备优秀的活动策划与管理技巧具备优秀的项目及时间管理经验具有解决问题和冲突的能力能持续发展并不断提高优秀的中英文口语及书面表达能力优秀的展示技巧，沟通和书写能力能够在团队环境中高效地工作有在外企环境工作的经验了解中国政府和国有企业的管理机制优秀的计算机技能-熟练运用Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, iMovie and iPhoto

Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, two themed hotels – Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment district, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China. As we continue to develop this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape.

Position Overview

This position will support the Citizenship and Community Relations function of the Public Affairs team at Shanghai Disney Resort.  The position will assist in developing the overall strategy and executing the overall community relations, philanthropy and corporate responsibility activities for the resort.

Day-to-day functions include but are not limited to: developing and organizing Disney VoluntEARS projects; leading and managing the VoluntEARS Leadership Council; maintaining relations with nonprofit organizations and managing the resort’s philanthropy programs, etc.  The position will also support preparation of internal and external communication of all citizenship and community outreach projects in Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute community relations and corporate citizenship strategies, campaigns, processes and vehicles that support the corporate citizenship objectives of Shanghai Disney Resort in both external and Cast Members.

Proactively take lead and drive planning and execution of assigned CCR programsLead and manage the Disney VoluntEARS Leadership Council.Ensure and manage all VoluntEARS/outreach programs which reflect the company’s citizenship mission.Meet budgets for all community outreach events and collateral work.Build and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholdersAccomplish all assignments effectively, accurately and within established timeframe.Routinely work with internal leadership to support the development of corporate citizenship strategies.Ability to supervise and coach others and enjoy team work.

​Required Qualifications

At least 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications and/or corporate social responsibility related field.Knowledge of Shanghai and China’s development and social landscape, and related government policies.Ability to implement strategies and coordinate with a project team to implement philanthropic strategies and plans.Knowledge of community relations and corporate citizenship/social responsibility works in China and overseas.Demonstrate creative thinking and the ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concernsStrong communication skills with stakeholdersStrong event planning and project management skillsProven experience in project and time managementProblem solving and conflict management skillsProcess improvement/continuous improvement skillsBilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, oral and writtenStrong presentation, writing and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentExperience working in a multinational corporate environmentKnowledge of Chinese government and state-owned enterprise management, and experience with sameExcellent computer skills - knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, iMovie and iPhoto
