企业风险与经纪为成千上万的客户提供广泛的服务和解决方案,客户规模既有小企业也有跨国公司,服务内容包括:风险评估,风险管理和咨询,风险转移和安置,以及索赔宣传。 该岗位隶属于企业风险与经纪销售板块-大客户关系团队LRM(Lead Relationship Manager),该团队是企业风险与经纪销售团队中的特种兵,主要服务公司的战略客户,职业发展空间巨大,希望可以选聘一名有潜力,有能力,有志向成长为保险优秀销售的年轻人加入。 

岗位职责:

- 协助开发中国全球客户在海外投资一带一路项目的保险业务,对接集团海外办公室,推动业务落地 

- 协助开发和推动国内各行业保险业务机会,对接中国区各专业团队及相关职能部门,推动业务落地 

- 协助并能尽快独立挖掘全球各行业的业务机会,建立有效的业务合作渠道 

- 参与维护团队现有客户关系,善于客户关系管理,创造价值 - 通过必要的销售行为,达成主管设定的个人当年度的业绩指标 

- 完成团队主管交办的其他工作事项

- 海内外优秀大学本科,或本科以上毕业 

- 具备优秀的资源整合能力、谈判能力和业务推进能力,逻辑思维清晰,适应高效的全球化工作环境

The Business: 

Corporate Risk and Broking provide a broad range of services and solutions to thousands of clients, ranging from small businesses to the multinational corporations, that includes: risk assessment, risk management and advisory, risk transfer and placement, and claim advocacy. This position belongs to Corporate Risk and Broking Sales Division - LRM (Lead Relationship Manager). This LRM team is a special force in the Corporate Risk and Broking Sales team. It mainly serves the strategic clients of the company. This position possess huge development of career. We hope that a young person with the potential, the ability, and the ambition to grow into an insurance top sales can be selected to join. 

The Role: 

- Assist in the insurance business development of China Global Clients who invests oversea projects of OBOR, connect with WTW oversea office, and promote the implementation of insurance services. 

- Assist in the development and promotion of insurance business opportunities in various domestic industries, and connect with professional teams and relevant functions in China to promote implementation of insurance services. 

- Assist and independently explore business opportunities in various industries around the world as soon as possible to establish effective business cooperation channels. 

- Maintaining the existing client relationships, is good at customer relationship management, and creates value. 

- Achieve individual performance goal for the year set by the supervisor through necessary sales behaviours. 

- Complete other work items assigned by the team leader. 

The requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree or above from a distinguished university in or out of China. 

- Excellent abilities of resource integration, negotiation, business driven, logical thinking and adapting to an efficient global work environment. 

- Personality with active, sunny, integrity. Enthusiastic in sports and life. 

- Be known for congeniality and good image. 

- Excellent in oral and written English. 

- Conscientious and responsible work attitude, excellent interpersonal communication skills 

- Be subjective initiative and self-discipline. 

- Having business ambition and dare to do.
