The Position主要职责

战略合作

•根据中央策略结合生态圈属地策略，与区域政府合作，共同制定并执行区域各疾病领域战略合作项目。
•保持生态圈与外部合作伙伴的紧密合作，共同制定区域各疾病领域战略合作活动，发展区域生态圈，提升患者获益。
区域生意分析
•进行数据整理及分析，洞察区域业务，协助区域生态负责人发现区域机会及风险，进行属地决策。
跨学科/生态圈项目管理
•识别并探索的跨生态圈业务合作机会，与区域生态圈团队共同制定并执行跨生态圈合作项目。
•负责与目标医院疾病领域经理协作，连同病理及临床医生建立牢固跨学科项目，提升医院诊疗水平及患者获益。
团队协作
•主动地与团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合信息，提升团队客户/患者洞见。

岗位要求
•医学或药学相关本科及以上学历，具备医学/药学的基础知识
• 3年以上大型或合资制药企业销售或市场工作经验（有DSM或者RPM的更优）
• 跨领域知识学习能力
• 业务敏锐度
• 较高的数据分析能力和高效的执行能力
• 大客户管理能力
• 正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维)
