县镇销售主管 - 台州(路桥仙居玉环)

Job Description

岗位职责:

1.县城生意的规划:找到生意机会点,覆盖县镇生意空白地区,并调动资源,促使生意增长;           

2.县城经销商管理:推动深度覆盖与潜力产品的卖进,管理经销商月度/年度目标的达成,卖进合适的产品组合;    

3.赋能经销商团队,提升权重门店的执行:通过协助经销商设定&追踪团队KPI,培训&跟线辅导经销商销售团队的执行,提升产品分销及动销;       

4.市场推广活动:活动计划的制定与执行,提升品牌认知度;          

5.合理商贸费用的管理:规划权重门店投资,提升投资可视度;       

6.地级市生意提升:与MCM合作,共同促进整体地级市生意的有机增长。

任职条件:           

1.4年以上快速消费品行业销售经验,其中2年以上主管背景;        

2.具备丰富的经销商管理经验及县镇拓展经验;         

3.具备良好的沟通能力及非职权影响力;            

4.有良好的团队合作精神,为人正直,接受差旅。
