向量数据库是业界公认的大模型RAG（Retrieval Augmented Generation）框架中的核心组件，为大模型提供记忆、推理加速、跨模态支持等。研究院以自研分布式存储为底座，打造面向企业的高性能向量存储及搜索系统，支撑联想混合AI战略。

工作职责：

- 负责系统设计和架构演进

- 带领团队进行系统开发、测试、验证并迭代优化

- 负责系统在RAG应用中的成功落地

- 参与业界前沿技术的探索和应用

任职要求:

- 计算机科学/软件工程相关专业硕士及以上学历

- 有2年以上向量数据库设计和开发经验；

- 有分布式数据库或存储系统的开发及优化经验

- 精通C++/C/Python语言，熟悉数据结构及设计模式

- 精通CUDA/OpenCL

- 熟悉ES/lucene等搜索引擎

- 对技术有热情，学习能力强，善于沟通协作
