Key Responsibility：

充分了解区域内对本适应症领域产品的需求，负责产品线策略的规划与实施，产品线内产品组合策略的实施；建立，管理，维持一支高效，专业，合规，高凝聚力，稳定强的销售经理团队；跟全国以及区域性级别的KOL建立和维持良好的关系，使之有意愿在全国性和区域的学术会议里推广公司的产品；通过内外部信息的收集与分析，进行产品线的竞争策略与品牌发展战略研究；落实监督营销计划、市场策略执行情况，同时进行销售进度的检查和促进；促成跨部门的战略性合作；

Qualification：

全日制本科学历，临床，药学等相关专业优先；有外资药企区域销售经验10年以上包括（高级）销售经理经验5年以上；高超的营销技巧和团队建设以及管理能力高超的个人影响力和沟通能力以及谈判技巧优秀的招聘，辅导以及激励团队的领导力对公司跨部门的职能有充分的了解，能调动和促成跨部门的合作
