3.Update and optimize process standard basing on demand, make change record and inform related people.

4.Support to maintain Flow chart, PFMEA< control plan, conduct PFMEA stand at station check, update PFMEA, CP according to 8D
支持维护流程图，PFMEA控制计划，执行PFMEA站点检查，根据8D更新PFMEA，控制计划
5.Create and maintain related procedure and working instruction, responsible for personnel training for target users such as OP, technicians
编写和维护相关流程和作业指导书。
6.Lead a project team to analyze process problems, define improvement measures/actions with systemetic methodology(e.g. Point CIP and PDCA process, A3, PSS, 8D, others)
领导小的项目团队分析工艺流程相关的问题，使用系统化工具（例如Point CIP，PDCA, A3, PSS, 8D等）定义改善措施和方案
7.Lead quality topics' analysis and follow up as MOE responsible and support cross department collabration
领导质量问题的分析和追踪并支持跨部门协作
8.Organize and induct team member make CIP for operation and quality, reduce manufacturing cost, improving quality and satisfying customer's requirements.
 组织引导生产人员对作业流程和质量进行持续改进。降低生产成本, 提高质量, 达到客户满意的要求。
9.Apply I4.0 technologies/related tools into manufaturing enviroment for efficiency
在生产环境中应用I4.0技术和工具以提高效率
10.Support internal and external audit/visit such as customer audit/visit, IATF16949 etc and responsible for the improvement plan setup and execution of findings from Audit
支持内外部的审计/拜访例如客户审计/拜访，IATF16949等，并且针对发现项目进行改进计划的提出和执行等
11.Lead machine upgrade or new fixture introduction, responsible of design review, order release, budget tracking, HW installation ，acceptance and so on
领导设备升级或者新工装引进， 负责硬件设计， 采购， 费用追踪， 硬件安装, 验收等等
12.Support senior engineer in new product / material / new material supplier project in manufacturing area ， responsible of feasibility assessment and project plan, project implmentaton , validation and acceptance
支持高级工程师负责生产区域内的新产品新零件和新零件供应商项目，负责评估可行性以及实施计划， 项目实施和验收

1.Strong problem sovling ability
Ability to cooperate and coordinate.
Master process related tool(QC tool, DOE, SPC, 8D, 6sigma etc)
Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point.

2.More than 3 years experience in machine maintenance/repair fields or process fields, automotive industry preferred.
3年以上设备维护维修领域或产品工艺的工作经验，汽车行业经验优先。
