Be responsible for day-to-day activities of Accounts Payable, including related financial reporting, audit and tax documentation preparation; and ad hoc projects.Process indirect accounts payables from different systemsCollaborate with other Finance team to ensure timely and high quality month-end closing and reportingPrepare audit required documents and monthly/quarterly reportsSet up or renew policies and procedures for related activitiesUrgent checks for bidding case bookingMonthly end closing activities and accrual preparation and bookingPayment proposal preparationReply to the inquiries from employees, vendors, and the tax authoritiesVAT-In check and preparation for VAT submissionTax Reconciliation Statements preparationWithholding tax data submission

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree or higherDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics preferredCPA/ACCA is a plus3+ years progressive experience in accounting management, preferably as a AP accountant in multinational manufacturing organizations or CPA firmStrong problem solving, and communication skillsStrong team spirit and teamwork abilityDetail oriented and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
