1. 负责阿里国际金融业务部复杂的、分布式项目的整体规划、整合，确保项目按时、按质完成。
2. 参与制定项目管理体系，持续优化项目管理工具，提升项目交付成功率。
3. 与技术、产品、业务团队，及内外部职能部门紧密合作，有效管理干系人，推动上下游协作。
4. 监控整体项目进度，定期汇报项目状态，及时识别并解决项目交付过程中出现的问题。
5. 提升项目交付效能和能力，优化研发效能，提升组织项目管理成熟度。

1. Responsible for technical project management in AIDC FIN&Payment Business Unit, coordinating cross-departmental resources to ensure programs are delivered on time and with high quality.
2. Design and implement project management governance, develop the best practice and tool, drive overall projects delivery efficiency and success.
3. Collaborate closely with business, product and development teams to ensure project goals align with business requirements, manage stakeholders well for the smooth cooperation.
4. Monitor the programs progress, report the programs status, identify and solve the problem timely.
5. Continuously optimize project management processes by introducing best practices, improve development efficiency, enhancing project management maturity.
