Job Description
Manage eAxle platform product development and industrialization for CV electrification. For light duty commercial vehicle customers. Product fitting to future CN market should be secured. Ensure close link as bridge head to EM business units (EM-PE, EM-MA, EM-EA), AE and central functions.
Lead local R&D team for platform product development; base customer requirement to define modular/ scalable product concept;Product strategy get aligned with stakeholders; ensure product design fit for future mainstream technology and competitiveness;Fast reaction to customer’s tech. reqiurement; lead team to solve problem during product development;Organize SE team for industrialization, involve purchasing and manufacturer team, to ensure cost competitive, manufacturing line compatibility and minimize investment;Support pilot customer acquisition and development;Support project execution according to PEP processBesides, he/she as window person between local engineering and customer engineering, needs to facility relevant topic communications.QualificationsMaster Degree or higher in engineering area, prefers electric and electricity engineering;Deep understanding of eDrive systems;Project management experience, expert of RB product development process;Ability of coordination and communication, under international environment;Accountable, positive, trusted; willing to learn and adapting to dynamic environment; result oriented.Additional Information• 该岗位内部推荐奖金为人民币3,000元整（仅限博世内部员工申请），具体请参见《博世中国内部推荐政策》
