To strengthen our team in Zhangjiagang , we are looking for you as a(n) 操作工. 岗位职责： 根据需求上轮班或者上白班。根据已建立的工作程序、标准操作规程和操作手册完成所指派的位于包装工段等区域的任务。 - 在工程师和轮班主管的指导下掌握所有的相关的工作程序。- 与同事协作以确保团队目标的完成。 - 为新操作工提供指导和现场作业培训。 - 渴望学习并不断自学 - 提高发现问题、解决问题的能力 - 减少人为错误。 日常工作 - 正确的完成岗位交接班; - 包装工段的操作包括：袋包装系统、码垛、塑封、叉车操作、散货充装、物料回收等。 - 仔细观察异常现象并收集第一手资料，然后尽快向主管汇报。 - 清晰、正确和实时地做好生产纪录。 - 有空闲时间时，支持其他需要帮助的人。 - 根据5s要求清理清扫整个工厂使工厂保持整洁。 - 班长给予的其它任务。 岗位要求： 中专化工相关专业/高中学历及以上 - 积极主动的参与到团队中去以便创造合作的、学习型的、有活力的工作氛围。 - 良好的安全知识和安全意识。 - 愿意轮班工作并保持精力充沛。 - 清晰有效的沟通技巧。 Contact Person: July Zhu We are looking forward to your online application.
