The Position

Join the Digital Innovation Team at Roche Pharma China as a Digital Project Manager, where you'll drive digital healthcare innovation, advancing disease education and patient services through innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in healthcare digital innovation, demonstrating a strong collaborative spirit and a passion for advancing patient care.

Your Opportunity:

Digital Healthcare Innovation:

Lead projects aimed at transforming healthcare through digital solutions.Identify and implement digital technologies to enhance disease education and patient services.

Project Management:

Oversee project life cycle from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and execution of project objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, including healthcare providers and technology vendors, to foster effective collaborations.Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption and utilization of digital health initiatives.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with Roche Pharma China's objectives to enhance patient outcomes.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital healthcare.

Innovation and Problem Solving:

Encourage a culture of innovation within the team by continuously seeking out new ideas and technologies.Employ problem-solving skills to address challenges and barriers in digital project implementation.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all digital initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and Roche's quality standards.Maintain documentation and reporting to track project progress and outcomes.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, digital technology, or business.Over 5 years of experience in healthcare digital innovation.Proven track record of successfully managing digital projects in the healthcare sector.Strong understanding of digital health technologies and their application in patient services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent in Mandarin and English.
