・To provide all guests with courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept, brand promise and Hyatt standards.

・To provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times.

・To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, informing supervisor when required, to ensure follow through and the problems  are resolved satisfactorily.
