【職務概要】

新種保険部所管商品（企業向け賠償責任保険、法定外労災保険）の引受け業務をご担当いただきます。一部営業部門とともに営業推進業務もご担当いただきます。大規模案件ではグローバルチームとの連携もしていただきます。

【職務詳細】

・新種保険部所管商品（企業向け賠償責任保険、法定外労災保険）の引受業務、営業推進、商品開発、オペレーション関連業務
 Underwriting, Sales promotion, Product Development, Marketing, and Operational Management for Casualty products (General Liability, Workers Compensation/Employers Liability)

・損害率の管理（事故有り契約の継続条件案作成･損害統計の分析・損害率改善策の具申、ポートフォリオレビューに基づくアクションの実施）
 Loss ratio control and portfolio management (Renewal scrutiny for loss frequency clients, data analysis, implementation of actions based on portfolio review outcome)

・営業と連携し、営業推進策を立案、実行
 Support of sales team and building/implementation of action plan for growth

・関連各部署と連携した社内Projectによる業務改善
 Improvement operational process and system by joining cross functioning projects

【必要なスキル】

・業務専門知識（保険業界知識、商品、アンダーライティング、リスクマネジメント、募集文書、コンプライアンス等）
　Non-Life insurance knowledge (Industry, Products, Underwriting, Risk management, solicitation materials, compliance)

・損害保険業界における引受業務経験（3年以上）

　Underwriting experience of  non-life insurance industry (minimum 3 years).

・戦略を立案する力と、実行するためのコミュニケーション能力　

　Skills to build strategy and communication capability to conduct strategy

・英語力：読み書き必須。英会話力はビジネスレベルあれば尚可 

　English: Writing and reading are mandatory. Preferred to Business Level in business conversation and communication

・日常業務を遂行するために必要なシステムおよびソフトウェアプログラムを使用する能力
　Basic PC skills including Excel, Word, Power point, and Outlookされる職務内容
