Your Key Responsibilities

1.项目方案设计 
   - 根据客户需求和技术规范，独立完成非标设备的方案设计和优化。 
   - 制定详细的技术方案，包括机械结构、电气控制等方面，并确保方案的创新性和
可行性。 
2.技术支持 
   - 为销售团队和客户提供技术支持，包括方案解释、技术难点解答等。 
   - 协助项目管理团队，提供技术文档和图纸，保障项目的顺利进行。 
3. 客户沟通 
   - 与客户进行技术交流，了解客户需求和反馈，调整方案以满足客户要求。 
   - 参与现场考察和技术会议，确保客户的技术问题得到及时解决。 
4. 内部协调 
   - 与设计、采购内部团队紧密合作，确保方案的可制造性和高质量交付。 
   - 提供技术培训和支持，提高团队的技术水平。 
5. 持续改进 
   - 对已有项目进行总结和分析，提出改进建议，推动技术积累和方案升级。 
   - 跟踪行业动态和最新技术，持续提升公司方案设计能力。 

Your Qualifications

1. 教育背景 
   - 机械工程、电气工程、自动化、工业设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。 
2. 工作经验 
   - 具有 5年以上非标设备设计或技术支持经验，能够独立完成复杂非标设备的方案设计。 
3. 技术能力 
   - 精通非标设备的设计原理和流程，熟悉相关设计软件（如 SolidWorks、CREO、VC等）。 
   - 具备扎实的机械设计、电气控制和自动化知识，能够处理多学科交叉的问题。 
4. 沟通协调 
   - 优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够与客户和内部团队高效交流。 
   - 具备良好的项目管理能力，能在多任务环境中自如应对。 
5. 创新能力 
   - 善于发现问题并提出创新解决方案，有较强的技术前瞻性和创新意识。 
6. 其他要求 
   - 熟练的英语交流能力
