1.Provide the technical instruction and assistance to customers regarding installation, commissioning on site, ensure the work execution and proper performance of products

为客户提供有关安装，调试的技术指导和协助,确保工作顺利进行和设备正常运行                                

2.Ability to respond quickly to customer needs,

具有快速响应客户需求的能力        

3.Respond to the customer quickly and perform the trouble shooting to solve the problem

在设备出现故障时，快速响应客户并进行故障排除

4.Engineer support，give the customer training about the product daily inspection                

负责为客户提供产品的日常操作，维护等方面的培训        

5.Collecting the installbase, place the customer base on file        

收集客户和产品信息，做好客户以及设备清单的整理归档

1.Bachelor degree,major in electrical , mechanical engineering , Hydraulic or related.

本科及以上学历，机械工程，电控,液压相关专业                

2.At least 3-5 years'  experience in technical support or after-sales       

有3到5年的技术服务或者售后服务背景                                

3.Be good at hydraulic system and PLC                       

掌握液压系统，以及PLC工作原理                                

4.Good communication skills and team spirit                        

良好的沟通技巧和团队协作精神                                

5.Good English skill in both spoken and written                        

良好的英语沟通能力                                      

6.Able to work independently and willing to travel frequently                

有独立完成工作的能力，愿意经常出差
