With this position, you will be doing:
对接外部客户（toB or toG），明确客户需求，按照现有技术能力提出解决方案，并维护良好的客户关系。负责人工智能相关产品的产品设计，例如 VLM, VLA, 合成数据等，负责整个产品周期的设计、开发、测试、上线、反馈全流程，确保各环节如期推进。深入研究该业务方向发展趋势，理解行业客户典型场景需求。明确对应的解决方案和市场策略。通过市场竞品分析，明确产品路径和机会点, 把握市场趋势，为决策提供准确的相关信息，并提出决策方案；Qualifications计算机科学、数据科学或神经网络、深度学习等大模型相关领域硕士及以上学历，精通主流的大模型框架和技术栈;2年以上神经网络、深度学习相关技术应用经验，起码成功实施过AI 相关的大型项目;具备良好的团队协作能力和沟通技巧，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作;具备较强的学习能力和创新精神，能够快速适应新技术和新环境，有强烈的自驱力。Additional Information•该岗位内部推荐奖金为人民币15,000元整（仅限博世内部员工申请），具体请参见《博世中国内部推荐政策》
