Job DescriptionBackground:In order to fulfill plastic and rubber related competence requirement in DNOX, EBS and following potential products, we call for innovative and passionate design engineer who has plastic and rubber design know-how and experience to join us and shape our product with your unique and professional knowledge.

 

Main Design Responsibility:Original design and continuous optimize component development.Deep dive in product design working principle and physical mechanism to enhance design competence and ensure design accuracy and robustness.Actively track market benchmark and technology development trends, in order to fulfill product fast iterate development.Create and release component drawing, development specification and product BOM.Lead product and component industrialization together with manufacturing function team and purchasing function team.  Lead product and component testing, verification and validation together with reliability teamFlexible to involve in our different product development.

 

Qualifications

Responsible for work packages in platform projects according to agreed time schedule and defined engineering targets, establish good Simultaneous Engineering Teamwork.

Skills:

Master’s degree of mechanical design or related majors2 years’ design experience in plastic and rubber related componentGood at team-working and cross function cooperationGood at 3D drawing and Pro/E operationFlexible to handle different development tasks for different products

 

Language: 

Good English (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)
