Job DescriptionMain taskReceive and process in-house sample orders from SAP/eBAS systemCoordination with PMO for sample ordersActive communication with project leaders on sample project timeline, identify and escalate if potential for further industrializationCo-operate and define with MOE for sample production planPrepare materials, fixtures… according to BOM requirement from different orders.

(PPD part, IPN plant part, series part…)

Monitor manufacturing plan with COS and MOE production lines to ensure samples are manufactured on time with good quality.Plan budget for upcoming sample’s EWAK, tools… for samplesA/B sample process development and coordination with TEF1Conflict management for conflict orders with limited time, material chain and other preparations.Provide technical support for technician for order requirement.Define quality measurements: e.g. CP…Lead and responsible for problem solving of sample productionOther CIP activities

QualificationsMaster’s degree in mechanical engineering background or similar technical oriented majorSystematic thinking and good analyzing skill as well as reasonable logicGood communication skills, Good cooperation & influence abilityTarget orientation & Willing to accept the challengesFluent English in oral & writing, basic presentation skillsProduction planning engineer or SE engineer experience is preferred, or a similar position in industrial company.SAP know-how or experience as a plusMS Office skill in Excel, Word, & Power Point, and PowerBI, Python as plus
